TouchCAD for image mapping on 3D shapes.
TouchCAD has the ability to apply images onto complex 3D shapes and unfold
them into flat unfolded pieces, that exactly matches its vector based equivalent
down to a level of individual pixels. Since it is able to process very large
images, it is well suited for generating large objects completely or partially
covered by images. Examples include sails, tents, awnings, inflatables,
exhibitions, theater sets etc.
